Job Description

▶️ Install/Config/Troubleshooting Linux OS, Web Server, Database, DNS Server

▶️ Test/upgrade/patching Linux OS and application

▶️ Install/Config/Troubleshooting Network Equipment (Load Balancer/Firewall/Router/Switch)

▶️ Perform Linux system administration tasks using Incidents, Changes, Service requests

▶️ Perform Monthly patch management process

▶️ Perform Monitoring and Log Analysis

▶️ Create, Modify and update documents on regular basis

▶️ Co-working with customer support team

▶️ Perform 24/7 onsite and remote support

Required Experience

✅ 2-3 years of working experience with Linux based distros (Cent OS/RedHat)

✅ Solid working experience in CentOS/RedHat System Administration

✅ Working experience of NGINX, MySQL, Redis, DNS, Storage

✅ Basic Knowledge of GIT

✅ Working experience on Network Administration and Support (Routers/Firewalls/Switches)

✅ Working experience of Load-balancers

✅ Working experience of Monitoring System and Support (Naigos/Zabbix)

✅ Working experience in Linux scripting

✅ Familiarity with ITIL concepts and practices

✅ Good technical problem-solving skills

✅ Communicate with customers about their technical issues in a professional and timely manner
